Al Jaddaf

Al Jaddaf sits on the southern bank of Dubai Creek, between Bur Dubai's historic quarters and the Ras Al Khor wetlands. Historically a dhow-building and institutional area, it is now one of central Dubai's more active residential build-out zones, with mid- and high-rise apartment buildings appearing alongside hotels, the healthcare cluster and cultural venues. The character is genuinely central and mixed-use rather than resort or suburban: creek frontage on one side, arterial roads and institutions on the other. Stock is predominantly apartments, weighted towards recent completions and new launches. It appeals to buyers who prioritise a central address and creek views, and to investors looking at newer stock outside the Downtown and Business Bay bands.
