Motor City

Motor City is an established inland community in central Dubailand, organised around wide landscaped avenues, low-rise apartment clusters and pockets of townhouses and villas. Density is deliberately low: most buildings run to a handful of storeys with internal courtyards, parking and shaded walkways, and there is more green space per resident than in the coastal high-rise districts. Because the community has been occupied for years, schools, clinics, supermarkets and parks are already in place, and stock is mostly ready rather than off-plan, with a small number of newer buildings on remaining plots. It suits families and long-term tenants looking for space and quiet, and buyers who prefer a settled community to a construction site.
